The ISCAR 5606819 is a high feed end replaceable milling tip from the MM EFF series, designed for indexable Multimaster tooling systems. Built from ultra fine grain carbide with an IC903 grade and a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, this tip delivers reliable performance in demanding metal removal applications. It features a 0.787 inch cutting diameter, four flutes, and a maximum depth of cut of 0.039 inches, making it well suited for high feed rate strategies at shallow axial depths. The right-hand cutting geometry and 97-degree lead angle reduce axial cutting forces, helping extend spindle and holder life in production environments. CNC machinists and tooling specialists install and index these tips as part of modular end milling setups.
The 5606819 is intended for machining a broad range of workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its high feed tip style is best applied in roughing and semi-finishing operations where maximizing feed per tooth at reduced depths of cut is the priority. The tip mounts to compatible MM EFF Multimaster holders and extends 1.004 inches from the holder face, giving consistent reach in standard fixturing setups.
Designed for use with ISCAR MM EFF series Multimaster modular holders. Insert size designation is 200T6R4.02. Confirm holder compatibility using the MM EFF200T6R4.02-4T12 full tip description before ordering.
End replaceable milling tips must be seated and torqued into the Multimaster holder per the toolholder manufacturer specifications using the correct ISCAR assembly key. Ensure the spindle and machine are fully powered down and the tool is secured in a vise or holder fixture before indexing or replacing the tip. Inspect the mating threads and seating surfaces for chips or debris before installation. Disposal of carbide tooling should follow applicable shop and local environmental guidelines.
