The ISCAR 5603929 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for external threading operations on metalworking CNC machining centers. It produces UN-standard external threads at 9 teeth per inch (TPI) with a cutting diameter of 0.59 inches and a length of cut of 1.5 inches. The 5/8-inch shank provides rigid tool holding in standard end mill chucks and collet holders. A TiAlN coating delivers elevated heat resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hard-material applications. Three right-hand helical flutes provide smooth cutting action and efficient chip evacuation. This tool is intended for use by machinists and tooling specialists on production or job-shop CNC milling equipment.
