The ISCAR 5601612 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation APKT 100316PDTR-RM in grade IC328. It is a single-sided, right-hand, parallelogram-style insert with an 85-degree included angle and a positive rake geometry. The cutting edges are chamfered and honed for edge stability. A PVD-applied TiCN coating provides wear resistance and heat management during high-speed milling. With a corner radius of 0.063 inches and a maximum depth of cut of 0.362 inches, this insert is suited for productive face and shoulder milling in the HELIMILL platform.
