The drill tip measures 0.654 inches (16.61 mm) in cutting diameter with a 9.3 mm height and carries an IC908 manufacturer grade with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating. The 137-degree self-centering point geometry and web-thinned design reduce entry thrust and improve chip evacuation. This insert is clamped into compatible HCP-IQ drill bodies and is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians in CNC turning and machining center applications.
