The ISCAR 5567487 is a DNMG-style indexable turning insert from the Isoturn series, designed for external and internal turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. The insert measures 11.63 mm (0.4579 inches) in length with a 3/8-inch inscribed circle, a 1/32-inch corner radius, and an insert thickness of 3/16 inch. The 55-degree diamond shape (D) provides a sharp, pointed geometry suited to profiling and contour work. This insert is installed by licensed machinists and CNC toolroom technicians.
