The tip measures 0.689 inches in cutting diameter with a functional length of 0.210 inches and an overall height of 0.390 inches. The IC908 submicron carbide grade is applied with a PVD TiAlN coating, providing thermal resistance and edge durability during high-speed drilling cycles. The 135-degree self-centering point eliminates the need for a pilot hole in most setups. This tip is installed into a compatible HCP-IQ body by twist-locking into the insert seat.
