The ISCAR 5567337 is a solid carbide replaceable tip drill insert designed for the HCP-IQ series modular drilling system. Manufactured to ISO 13399 standards, this tip carries the IC908 submicron carbide grade with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating for extended wear resistance at elevated cutting temperatures. The insert seats into an 11mm insert seat and features a self-centering, 139-degree drill point with a slow spiral, two-flute geometry and web thinning for reduced thrust and improved chip evacuation. It is installed and serviced by machinists and CNC tooling technicians in production and job-shop environments.

This replaceable tip is suited for drilling operations in steel and cast iron as its primary workpiece materials, with secondary capability in stainless steel, super-alloys, titanium, and hard materials. The self-centering point geometry eliminates the need for a center-drill operation on flat or slightly angled entry surfaces.
