The cutting diameter measures 19/32 inches (0.5940 inches / 15.09 mm), with a 140-degree drill point angle and a standard point type. Two helical flutes and a web-thinned geometry reduce entry forces and improve chip evacuation. It seats into an insert seat size 15 and is held in place by a clamp-style holding method.

Primary workpiece material is steel, with rated capability across stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
