The ISCAR 5506704 is an ICM0807 series replaceable carbide tip drill insert finished with a TiAlN PVD coating and manufactured to IC908 submicron carbide grade. The insert features a 140-degree included angle, a slow spiral flute with T-Land style geometry, and a web-thinned point for reduced thrust force and improved chip evacuation. Cutting diameter is 0.807 inches (20.5 mm) and functional length is 0.334 inches. This replaceable tip format allows technicians to swap worn inserts without replacing the full drill body, reducing tooling cost and downtime in production environments.

Installation Notes
