The ISCAR 5506647 is a carbide replaceable tip drill insert designated ICP0807, manufactured to the IC908 grade using submicron solid carbide with a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process. The 140-degree included angle with a thinned point geometry reduces entry force and improves chip flow at the cutting tip.
