The ISCAR 5505075 is a replaceable drill tip engineered for high-performance drilling in demanding metal-cutting applications. Built from solid carbide in ISCAR grade IC908 with a submicron material grade, this tip delivers consistent cutting performance and tool life across a broad range of workpiece materials. The 0.642-inch cutting diameter and 140-degree included angle drill point, combined with a PVD-applied TiAlN coating, reduce heat buildup and resist wear under heavy chip loads.
