The ISCAR 4501453 is an ER40 collet chuck with a CAT40 taper shank, designed for precision tool holding in CNC machining centers. The chuck features a 4-inch projection from the gauge line and holds a total indicated runout (TIR) of 0.0001 inches, supporting tight-tolerance milling, drilling, and reaming operations. Through-spindle and DIN flange coolant delivery is supported, directing fluid directly to the cutting zone.
