The ISCAR 3398014 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill from the ECI-4-VF series, designed for demanding metal removal in both roughing and finishing operations. It features a 5/16-inch diameter with a matching 5/16-inch straight-cylindrical shank held to h6 tolerance, a 1-1/4-inch length of cut, and a 4-inch overall length. The 0.015-inch corner radius reduces stress concentrations at part edges and extends tool life in hardened and high-temperature alloys. An AlTiCrSiN PVD coating delivers heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting speeds. Variable index geometry and a right-hand spiral flute configuration support chip evacuation and chatter suppression.

This end mill is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials in precision CNC milling applications. The extended-reach, long-length configuration makes it appropriate for deep-pocket, shoulder, and contour work where standard-length tools cannot reach.
