The ISCAR 3105069 is a solid carbide replaceable tip milling shank from the Multimaster series, designed for use in modular milling tool assemblies. The shank features a 90-degree straight shank configuration with a 3/8 inch (0.375 inches) shank diameter and a T06 neck thread, allowing fast, repeatable tip changes without removing the holder from the spindle. At 4.0 inches overall length and weighing 0.637 pounds, this shank is built for rigid, close-tolerance milling operations. It is installed and serviced by machinists and tooling setup technicians in CNC milling environments.
This shank is suited for use in vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers where the Multimaster modular system is in use. The toolholder style is MM TS-A, and it is compatible with several Multimaster tip styles including MM EB, MM EC-4, MM GRIT-16K/18P, MM GRIT-K/P-45A, and MM HCR. It is applicable to general milling operations in both production and job-shop settings. The straight shank and standard Weldon-flat-free profile fit directly into collet-style or end mill holders.
Designed for use with the ISCAR Multimaster modular milling system, toolholder style MM TS-A. Compatible tip styles include MM EB, MM EC-4, MM GRIT-16K/18P, MM GRIT-K/P-45A, and MM HCR as stated by the manufacturer.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or tooling technicians. Before changing tips or mounting the shank, ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out per shop lockout/tagout procedures. Thread engagement at the T06 neck should be confirmed snug before operating at cutting speeds. Refer to ISCAR Multimaster assembly guidelines for correct tip torque and seating procedures.
