The IPS 83663 Cleanout Test Plug is a tool designed for pressure testing plumbing systems. This three-inch plug prevents test water back splash and is compatible with various types of pipes. Above the cleanout tee, this plug accommodates the testing of plumbing pipelines. Test water or air can be passed by deflating the plug, allowing easy removal once testing is complete.
