The IPS CORPORATION 513773 is a half-barrel caulking gun designed for controlled dispensing of sealants, adhesives, and caulking compounds in plumbing, HVAC, and general construction applications. The half-barrel frame accommodates standard cartridge sizes and provides a stable grip during application. This tool is suited for licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and contractors who require consistent bead control when sealing joints, penetrations, or connections on the job site.
This caulking gun is used across residential and light commercial service work where sealants and adhesives must be applied with precision. Typical applications include sealing pipe penetrations, applying thread sealants, and dispensing construction adhesives during rough-in or finish work. It is a standard hand tool kept in most trade service kits.
Designed for use with standard half-barrel caulk and adhesive cartridges commonly used in plumbing, HVAC, and general construction applications.
Insert the cartridge into the barrel and pierce the inner foil seal before threading on the nozzle. Cut the nozzle tip at a 45-degree angle to achieve the desired bead width. Release trigger pressure between passes to prevent excess material from continuing to flow. Dispose of used cartridges and excess adhesive materials in accordance with local regulations.
