The IPS 62282 is a PVC Schedule 40 toe touch waste and overflow half kit designed for bathtub drain system installation and replacement. Finished in matte black, this half kit includes a high-flow overflow cover plate rated at approximately 7 GPM, which exceeds the typical tub valve output of 5 to 6 GPM. The push-on overflow cover plate secures directly to the overflow elbow without tools, providing a snug fit against the tub wall. A toe touch stopper allows the tub drain to be opened and closed with simple foot pressure. Licensed plumbers install this type of assembly during new construction rough-in or retrofit bath drain work.
