Product Description

The Ips 13360 is a 4-inch can applicator swab designed to apply primer and cement to pipes and fittings. It uses a cotton applicator mounted on a handle that is attached to the inside of a screw-on cap, allowing the top to be unscrewed to expose and use the swab. The applicator fits standard and empty quart cans, including wide-mouth cans, and is intended for pipe diameters from 3 to 8 inches for plumbing applications.
