The IO HVAC CONTROLS RM-2614 is a rectangular zone damper sized at 26 x 14 inches, designed for use in forced-air HVAC zoning systems. It ships with a Belimo actuator that operates on a 3-wire control circuit and cycles in approximately 35 seconds, giving zoning controllers reliable, consistent damper positioning. This assembly is used to regulate airflow to individual zones within a ducted heating and cooling system. Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician as part of a new or retrofit zoning system.
This zone damper is suited for residential and light commercial forced-air applications where independent zone temperature control is required. The 26 x 14 inch rectangular form factor fits standard duct sizes used in trunk-and-branch and plenum-style distribution systems. The integrated Belimo actuator eliminates the need for a separate actuator sourcing step, making this a complete damper-and-actuator assembly ready for field installation in zoning control applications.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and new-installation zone damper for rectangular duct zoning systems using Belimo 3-wire actuator-compatible zone control panels.
This assembly should be installed by a licensed HVAC technician familiar with zoning system wiring and ductwork. Shut down the air handler and de-energize the zoning control panel before connecting or disconnecting any wiring. Secure the damper to the duct using sheet metal screws and seal all joints with foil tape or mastic to prevent air bypass. Follow the zone controller manufacturer wiring diagram for the 3-wire actuator connections.
