The INTERNAL TOOL 69-4020-C is a solid carbide tapered end mill designed for precision material removal in ferrous and high-performance alloy applications. It features a 10-degree taper angle per side with a 3/32-inch small end diameter, a 3/4-inch length of cut, and three helical flutes for efficient chip evacuation. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and hardness at the cutting edge, extending tool life when working in abrasive or high-heat conditions. This is a right-hand cut, non-centercutting tool built for production environments where tight taper geometry is required.

This end mill is suited for mold and die work, part finishing, and profiling operations on CNC machining centers. It performs on primary workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, super alloys, and titanium. The 3/8-inch shank diameter fits standard ER and end mill collet toolholders commonly used in vertical and horizontal milling setups.
