The INTERNAL TOOL 68-1325-C is a double-end corner rounding end mill designed to produce consistent radius profiles on a wide range of workpiece materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it handles demanding cuts in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and super alloys including titanium. The tool carries a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) corner radius, a 1/2 inch mill diameter, and three straight flutes ground for right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction. With a 0.120 inch tip diameter and 3 inch overall length, it fits standard toolholding setups used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in both production and job-shop environments.
This end mill is suited for profiling and edge-breaking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous parts where a precise corner radius is required. Typical applications include rounding sharp edges on milled steel and stainless components, blending transitions on cast iron housings, and finishing profile passes on titanium and super alloy workpieces. The double-end configuration extends tool life by providing two usable cutting ends per tool, making it practical for high-volume runs as well as prototype work. The 1/2 inch cylindrical shank seats directly into standard ER or end mill collet chucks without adapters.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with 1/2 inch collet or end mill toolholding. Rated for primary workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and super alloys and titanium (ISO material codes P, M, K, N, S).
Installation is performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Secure the 1/2 inch shank fully into a clean, undamaged collet or end mill holder and torque to the toolholder manufacturer's specification before running. Inspect both cutting ends for edge condition before use; do not run a chipped or damaged end. Coolant-through is not supported on this tool, so apply flood or mist coolant externally at the cutting zone as appropriate for the workpiece material and cut parameters.
