The insert carries grade IN2005 and measures 0.435 inches inscribed circle, 0.181 inches thick, with a 0.031-inch corner radius. Its square shape provides four usable cutting edges, reducing tooling cost per hole. It is installed and replaced by machinists and tooling technicians in production and job-shop environments.

Installation Notes
