Manufactured from high speed steel (HSS), this bit measures 25/64 inch (0.3906 inch decimal) in cutting diameter with a 3/8 inch Weldon shank diameter, an overall length of 4-5/16 inches, and a flute length of 2-3/4 inches. The 135-degree split point angle reduces walking at startup and decreases the thrust required to feed the bit. A coated finish provides added surface hardness and wear resistance during general-purpose drilling applications.

This bit is suited for general-purpose drilling in metal fabrication, mechanical maintenance, and industrial production environments. The Weldon shank with three flats provides positive drive and prevents slipping in milling-style chucks and holders.
