The ICC icrdsv25wh is a combination jack faceplate designed for residential structured wiring installations. It integrates a 6P6C voice jack, a data port, and two coaxial CATV connections into a single outlet plate. This faceplate meets Grade 1 TIA cabling requirements, making it a compliant solution for basic telecommunications services in new construction and retrofit residential projects. Licensed low-voltage technicians and structured wiring installers are the primary trade professionals who work with this faceplate.

This faceplate is suited for residential installations where a single cabled location must support telephone, data, and CATV services simultaneously.
