The IBC sfc199-1 is a dual-fuel condensing combination boiler rated at 95% AFUE with a full ASME-rated heat exchanger. It delivers simultaneous space heating and domestic hot water production through a patented two-in-one heat exchanger cast in aluminum with two independent copper waterways embedded in the block. Flue gases are condensed during both space heating and domestic hot water cycles, maximizing heat extraction at every stage. The unit accepts natural gas or propane and ships with a high-efficiency variable-speed ECM pump installed. Licensed HVAC and hydronic heating technicians install and commission this equipment.

The sfc199-1 is designed for residential and light commercial hydronic heating applications where a single appliance must cover both space heating and potable domestic hot water loads. The built-in DHW recirculation pump relay eliminates the need for external pump relays or timers. A factory-installed domestic water strainer reduces field labor at startup.
