The HUBBELL-RACO 247 is a square steel electrical device box designed for new construction wiring installations. Built from pre-galvanized steel and finished in gray, it provides a durable, corrosion-resistant enclosure for standard device mounting. The box measures 4.69 inches in height, 4.69 inches in width, and 1.56 inches in depth, accommodating a 2-gang configuration. With 17 knockouts sized at 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch trade sizes, it supports a range of conduit entry options. This box is UL Listed and suited for use by licensed electricians on commercial and residential rough-in work.

The 247 is intended for new construction applications where a surface-mount or flush-mount square device box is required.
