The Hougen 12150 annular cutter is a Series 12000 M2 high-speed steel (HSS) cutter with a 1-9/16 inch diameter and a 1 inch cutting depth. It uses a 3/4 inch double-flatted (Weldon) shank for secure holding in portable magnetic drills, features a bright finish, and is hardened and resharpenable. Suitable for mild steel, structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials; rated to 275 BHN and made in the United States.
