Resideo 40003918-006/U is an adaptor plate and ball assembly kit for V series 2-way water zone valves, supplying an adapter plate, ball and shaft assembly, a large O-ring, and four mounting screws for powerhead replacement and valve servicing. The kit fits V4043, V4044, V8043, and V8044 models and is intended to restore internal valve sealing and shaft function during hydronic valve repairs.
