The HILLMAN FASTENERS 375286 is a hex washer head tapper concrete screw anchor designed for direct fastening into concrete, masonry, and block without the need for separate inserts or expansion hardware. Each anchor measures 3/16 inches in diameter by 1-1/4 inches in length and features a Blue Perma-Seal corrosion-resistant coating. The 1 inch embedment depth delivers rated ultimate tension capacity of 730 pounds and ultimate shear capacity of 1,090 pounds in 4,000 psi concrete. This 100-piece pack includes a drill bit. Licensed tradespeople and experienced fastener installers working in light commercial and residential construction applications will find this anchor suited for anchoring to concrete substrates.
These concrete screw anchors are used in residential and light commercial construction where a direct-to-concrete threaded fastener is required. Typical applications include securing wood plates, metal tracks, electrical conduit, pipe hangers, and equipment supports to poured concrete or concrete masonry unit walls and floors. The hex washer head style allows installation with a standard hex driver or impact driver. The included bit makes this kit ready to use out of the box on the jobsite.
