Product Description
The HES 8500-606 is an electric strike for access control applications offering selectable voltage and fail mode. It accepts selectable 12VAC/DC or 24VAC/DC and can be configured as fail secure or fail safe. The compact, concealed design is intended for mortise locksets without a deadbolt and installs with minimal frame modification. The body-only unit is offered in a satin brass finish and is suitable for fire-rated frame retrofit.
- Selectable 12VAC/DC or 24VAC/DC input; configurable fail secure or fail safe operation.
- Fire-rated concealed design for retrofit into fire-rated frames; complies with NFPA 80-07.
- Keeper pin locking design exceeds Grade 1 and accommodates mortise latchbolts up to 3/4" throw; body only.
