The HERTEL E8053018 is a square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in machine shop and manufacturing environments. It features a 9/32 inch (0.2813 inch) cutting diameter with four flutes and a 30-degree helix angle, providing a balance of material removal rate and surface finish quality. The tool is manufactured from M7 high speed steel and carries a TiN (titanium nitride) coating to extend cutting life and reduce friction at the cutting edge. With a 3/8 inch shank diameter and 3-3/8 inch overall length, it mounts in standard end mill holders and collet chucks found on vertical mills and machining centers.
