The HERTEL E8050040 is a double-end, square-profile end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from M7 high speed steel with a titanium nitride (TiN) finish, it carries a 5/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/8 inch length of cut, and a 4-1/2 inch overall length. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. This is a centercutting tool, allowing plunge entry directly into a workpiece.
