The HERTEL E8031911 is a single-end square end mill designed for milling operations in metal-cutting applications. Built from M7 high speed steel with a titanium nitride (TiN) finish, it provides added surface hardness and wear resistance compared to uncoated HSS tooling. The cutter measures 0.875 inches in diameter with a 1.875-inch length of cut, a 0.75-inch shank diameter, and a 4.125-inch overall length. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation during side milling, slotting, and profiling operations. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC machine operators working in job shops and production environments.

This end mill is suited for general-purpose milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where an HSS tool is specified. The regular-length geometry and 0.875-inch cutting diameter make it appropriate for conventional milling operations including peripheral milling and shallow slotting.
