The HERTEL E8030903 is a square end mill designed for general-purpose milling operations in metal fabrication, machining centers, and manual mill setups. Built from M7 high speed steel with a titanium nitride (TiN) finish, it offers good wear resistance for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The cutter measures 11/16 inch (0.6875 inch) in diameter with a 1-5/16 inch length of cut and a 1/2 inch shank diameter. Overall length is 3-5/16 inches. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry promotes chip evacuation and smooth cutting action across a range of workpiece materials.

This end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in job shop and production environments. Its center-cutting design allows plunge entry, making it practical for operations where the tool must enter the workpiece axially before moving laterally.
