The HERTEL E7050032 is a double-end square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat and wear resistance well beyond standard HSS tooling. The TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating further extends tool life and reduces friction at the cutting edge. With a 0.5 inch diameter, 13/16 inch length of cut, and a 30-degree spiral helix, this end mill is optimized for slot milling, shoulder milling, and profiling operations on machining centers and manual mills. It is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry into the workpiece without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for general-purpose metal removal in job shops, production machining, and maintenance environments.
