The HERTEL E299914030 is a single-end cobalt ball end mill designed for milling contoured surfaces, slots, and three-dimensional profiles in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers higher heat and wear resistance than standard M2 HSS tooling, making it well suited for harder workpiece materials and interrupted cuts. The mill features a 0.375-inch diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 30-degree right-hand helix with four spiral flutes for efficient chip evacuation and a smooth cutting action. The uncoated finish leaves the cobalt substrate exposed for direct tool inspection and easy resharpening.
This end mill fits standard CNC machining centers, knee mills, and manual milling machines equipped with a 0.375-inch tool holder or collet. It is appropriate for finish and semi-finish milling of dies, molds, and complex contour work in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments. The regular-length geometry keeps deflection low on conventional depth-of-cut passes. Machinists and toolroom operators are the primary users in metalworking and manufacturing facilities.

Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut to confirm proper seating.
