The HERTEL E211200802 is a double-end ball end mill designed for precision milling operations across a wide range of materials. Built from M7 high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it features a 1/8-inch diameter cutting head, a 3/8-inch length of cut, and a 30-degree right-hand spiral helix. The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life before replacement. At 3-1/16 inches overall length with a 3/8-inch shank diameter, this tool fits standard milling chucks and collets used in vertical mills, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills.
This ball end mill is suited for contour milling, profiling, and finishing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces in job shop, toolroom, and maintenance machining environments. The 2-flute geometry provides adequate chip clearance for general-purpose slotting and profiling at smaller diameters.
