The HERTEL E2051010 is a cobalt double-end square end mill designed for metal removal in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 5/32-inch (0.1563-inch) cutting diameter and a 7/16-inch length of cut, this tool handles slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in tight-tolerance work. The M42 cobalt construction provides elevated hardness and heat resistance compared to standard HSS grades, making it well-suited for harder steels and interrupted cuts. A 30-degree helix angle promotes chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. Four flutes deliver a balance between chip clearance and surface finish in general-purpose applications. The uncoated finish keeps regrinding straightforward.

This end mill is used in conventional milling machines, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills where small-diameter tooling is required.
