The HERTEL E2050018 is a cobalt square end mill designed for metal cutting operations in milling machines and machining centers. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it offers heat resistance and edge retention when cutting ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The double-end configuration provides two usable cutting ends, extending tool life between changes. With a 30-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry, it promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. This end mill is centercutting, allowing direct plunge milling into workpiece material. It is uncoated and runs right-hand cut with right-hand fluting.
