The HERTEL E2034020 is a cobalt square end mill designed for milling ferrous and high-temperature alloy materials in machine shop and industrial metalworking environments. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it resists heat and wear during demanding cuts. The cutter measures 5/16 inch in diameter with a 1-3/8 inch length of cut, a 3/8 inch shank diameter, and a 3-1/8 inch overall length. It runs four spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle in a right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation. The long-series configuration provides extended reach for deeper slot and peripheral milling operations. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary installers.

Installation Notes
