The HERTEL 91197632 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for high-material-removal-rate milling operations. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers the heat and wear resistance needed for interrupted cuts and aggressive roughing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. The cutter measures 20 mm (0.7874 inches) in diameter with a 75 mm (2.95 inches) length of cut and a 141 mm overall length. Its fine-pitch, 4-flute geometry and bright uncoated finish make it suited to shops running conventional roughing cycles where regrinding and reconditioning are standard practice.

This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal milling machines, machining centers, and manual knee mills for roughing slots, pockets, and peripheral cuts.
