The HERTEL 91192856 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating, it handles tough ferrous metals, stainless steels, and high-temperature alloys where standard HSS tooling falls short. The coarse-pitch flute geometry breaks chips efficiently and reduces heat buildup during heavy cuts. With a 3/8 inch diameter, 3/4 inch length of cut, and 2.5 inch overall length, it fits standard 3/8 inch collets and end mill holders. Centercutting capability allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
