The HERTEL 84213529 is a single-end roughing end mill designed for aggressive material removal in milling operations. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it offers the heat resistance and edge retention needed for tough ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The cutter measures 3/4 inches in diameter with a 3/4-inch length of cut and a 2-7/8-inch overall length. Four right-hand flutes with a fine pitch geometry break up chips efficiently, reducing cutting forces and minimizing chatter during heavy roughing passes. This tool is centercutting, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
