The HERTEL 750622 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composites, and other engineering materials. It features a 0.125 inch cutting diameter with a 0.75 inch length of cut and a matching 0.125 inch shank diameter, making it suitable for tight-tolerance slot milling, profiling, and contouring work. The 30-degree spiral helix promotes efficient chip evacuation, while the TiN (titanium nitride) finish extends tool life by increasing surface hardness and reducing friction. A right-hand cut, center-cutting design allows the tool to plunge directly into a workpiece in addition to standard peripheral cutting.
