The HERTEL 750558 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metal fabrication, tool-and-die, and general machining applications. It measures 3/32 inch (0.0938 inch) in cutting diameter with a 3/8 inch length of cut and a 1/8 inch shank diameter, giving it a compact profile suited for fine-detail slot milling, profiling, and light plunge cuts. The two-flute configuration provides efficient chip evacuation in tighter cavities. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating improves surface hardness and heat resistance at the cutting edge. Overall length is 1-1/2 inches. This tool is installed and used by machinists and tool-and-die technicians on vertical machining centers and CNC mills.

Installation Notes
