The HERTEL 750461 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. With a 0.25 inch cutting diameter, a 0.75 inch length of cut, and a 3-flute geometry, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes on a range of workpiece materials. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. A 30-degree helix angle reduces cutting forces and improves chip flow. The centercutting design allows for plunge milling in addition to peripheral and slot cutting operations.

This end mill is suited for use in vertical machining centers, CNC mills, and manual knee mills where a 1/4 inch shank is the standard toolholder collet size. The 2.5 inch overall length provides adequate reach for most standard depth applications without excessive overhang.
