It features a 5/32-inch (0.1563-inch) cutting diameter with a 9/16-inch (0.5625-inch) length of cut, making it well suited for slotting, profiling, and contouring in tight workpiece geometries. The 4-flute spiral design with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and a smooth surface finish. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating adds surface hardness and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this tool in standard end mill holders or collet chucks on vertical and horizontal machining centers.
