The HERTEL 750268 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin carbide with a titanium carbonitride (TiCN) finish, it delivers extended tool life in demanding cutting conditions. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality. At 0.75 inches in diameter with a 2.25-inch length of cut, this is a long-series end mill suited for applications requiring deeper reach without sacrificing rigidity. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry into the workpiece.

This end mill is used in general-purpose milling, slotting, profiling, and contouring on machining centers and manual mills. The long-series length of cut makes it appropriate for deep pocket milling and stepped features where a standard-length tool would not reach.
