The HERTEL 750091 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composites, and hard plastics. The 1/4 inch diameter cutter features a 4-flute, single-end design with a 30-degree helix angle and right-hand cutting and flute direction. At 4 inches overall length with a 1-1/2 inch length of cut, this end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling where rigidity and accurate corner geometry matter. Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers consistent edge retention at higher surface speeds compared to HSS tooling. The bright uncoated finish is suitable for applications where coating is not required or where coolant chemistry is a factor.
