With a 3/4 inch head diameter and an 82-degree included angle, this tool delivers the standard flat-head screw seat geometry required in metalworking, fabrication, and precision machining applications. The 1/2 inch straight cylindrical shank provides secure clamping in standard chucks and collets. Three flutes offer a balance of cutting efficiency and chip evacuation, making this countersink suitable for production and job-shop environments alike. The bright, uncoated carbide construction ensures rigidity and wear resistance without a coating that could alter cutting geometry on close-tolerance work. This countersink is suited for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and hand-held drilling equipment where consistent countersink depth and angle are required. The 82-degree included angle corresponds to the standard geometry for flat-head fasteners used across aerospace, industrial, and general metalworking applications. It is configured as a single-end tool with no pilot, appropriate for guided use in fixtures or free-hand operation where the operator controls positioning. The right-hand cutting direction is compatible with conventional clockwise-rotating spindles.

Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or tooling technicians familiar with rotary cutting tool setup. Secure the shank fully in the chuck or collet and verify runout before cutting. Power down and de-energize the spindle before inserting or removing the tool. Do not exceed the spindle speed and feed recommendations appropriate for the workpiece material and tool diameter.
